DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery -Small Items.

All delivery charges are based on weight. Delivery of small goods items (up to 10kg) typically can take up to 3 -8 working days to deliver. Standard delivery charge start from €6.00 . Our Standard delivery service is provided by An Post.An Post deliveries take place Monday to Saturday from 8.30am-6.30pm.

For medium sized orders or multiple boxes we use Fastway & Smullen courier service. Fastway & Smullen couriers deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm.

Standard Delivery/Large Items.

We charge from €25  for delivery of large goods such as beds, sideboards, sofas etc. Delivery of these goods typically can take up to 7-21 working days to deliver. Some items will come direct from suppliers and may take longer. We will give you an estimated ‘delivery by’ date by email/phone. 

Split Deliveries.

Orders are shipped from store , warehouse or direct from supplier therefore order of multiple items can be delivered at different times. You will be notified if this occurs.

Click/Phone & Collect Service 

You will be notified through text/email when your purchase is ready for collection.

Proof of purchase required when collecting items.

Returns

In store Purchase-We are happy to accept items as returns when purchased in-store within 7 days of purchase date provided you have your proof or purchase and the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. It is customer who bears cost of transport of return furniture to store .

Online Purchase -If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your product(s) to inform us of your intention to return your purchase. It must have not been used and must be in perfect resalable condition. Original delivery charge is not refundable .

Damaged item(s) can be returned to our store or we will cover the cost of the return by sending you a return label, once we received your damaged item back to our warehouse a replacement will be issued to you on receipt of the damaged item. If you do not require a replacement, a refund will be processed to the payment method used during your original transaction with us.

Custom Orders Returns are not permitted on custom orders where an item has been ordered to your exact specifications or on any non standard combination order.

Furniture Returns If you purchased your item in-store and it does not fit, it can be returned but it will be subject to a restocking charge of 30% of the original purchase price and a uplift charge may apply. It must not have been used and must be in perfect resalable condition.
