Delivery Information

Standard Delivery -Small Items.

All delivery charges are based on weight. Delivery of small goods items (up to 10kg) typically can take up to 3 -8 working days to deliver. Standard delivery charge start from €6.00 . Our Standard delivery service is provided by An Post.An Post deliveries take place Monday to Saturday from 8.30am-6.30pm.

For medium sized orders or multiple boxes we use DPD courier service.

DPD delivers Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm.

Standard Delivery/Large Items.

We charge from €25  for delivery of large goods such as beds, sideboards, sofas etc. Delivery of these goods typically can take up to 7-21 working days to deliver. Some items will come direct from suppliers and may take longer. We will give you an estimated ‘delivery by’ date by email. 

Split Deliveries.

Orders are shipped from store , warehouse or direct from supplier therefore order of multiple items can be delivered at different times. You will be notified if this occurs.

Click/Phone & Collect Service 

You will be notified through text/email when your purchase is ready for collection.

Proof of purchase required when collecting items.

Please bare with us phone lines can get busy if possible try purchase online were possible.

Please abide by HSE covid guildlines when arriving to store to collect items. 

Returns

Items must be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase (For sale items, any refund or exchange must take place within 14 days of purchase). Any returned or exchanged goods must be  in the same condition as it was when you received it, item must be in its original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

During these uncertain times, we have had to adapt the business to meet the needs of our customers.

We have launched online store so you can now shop 24/7 from the safety of your homes.

Due to covid regulations we have had to adhere to new safety measures and this has had a knock on effect ie processing orders.

This can now take up to 2-3 days depending on volume of orders.
